A: No. All purchases are made safely, through Paypal and Paypal accepts all major credit cards/debit cards and you do not have to have a Paypal account to make a payment.

Q: Do I need to be an advanced player to understand this course?

A: No. This course is designed for players from early intermediate to advanced.

Q: How does this course differ from "Mach 1 Guitar"

A: "Mach 1 Guitar" was designed with technique in mind above all else including how to play faster and more accurately. Whilst "Rock Licks and concepts shares with you techniques and practise secrets, it's main goal is to make you an amazing player by helping you to better understand the neck of the guitar; to better understand licks and solos; how to apply techniques, scales and theory; how to change key; how to understand modes and much more.

Q: I've been playing for years and have been stuck in a rut for some time. How can "Rock Licks and Concepts" help me to get out of this rut?

A: "Rock Licks and Concepts", unlike many DVD courses, is not just a quick fix. To really improve and get out of a rut, you have to fully understand the neck of the guitar and all the concepts behind the licks and solos you play. When you can do this then you can apply these concepts and continue to improve indefinately. "Rock Licks and Concepts" gives you the knowledge and power to do this.

Q: I don't live in Britain. Can I still buy "Rock Licks and Concepts"
A: Yes, you can buy this course from anywhere in the world, however, please note that the course is currently only available in PAL format. PAL is the video standard format for Europe and most countries outside Europe. However some countries such as the USA use a different fromat called NTSC. To play "Rock Licks and Concepts" on an NTSC machine you will need to check that the DVD player is capable of playing PAL DVDs as well. We are currently working on creating an NTSC version of this course.
