Q: How do I know I'll receive Mach 1 Guitar if I order?

A: All orders are processed safely through PAYPAL. However, you don't need a PAYPAL account to make a payment. Once you have paid you'll be directed towards a download page. You can be reading Mach 1 Guitar in as little as 3 minutes! If you opt for the printed version of the book, you will be sent the book and CD in the post. You'll also be sent an email containing a password to my members area where you can download your freebies whenever you like.

A: An ebook is an electronic version of a printed book.

Q: Do I need to be able to read music to understand this book?

A: No, although you will need to be able to read tablature. Don't worry if you can't at the moment because the book contains a simple tablature guide. You'll be amazed how easy you'll find tablature to read.

A: The ebook version of "Mach 1 Guitar" comes in the form of a PDF file which should download to your computer without a problem. Q: I'm having difficulty downloading the bonuses. What do I do?

A: To open your freebies go to http://www.mach1guitar.com/members/index.php  and type in your email address and password (or receipt number). The files are compressed to make them quicker to download but you will need to have 'winzip' which should be already on your computer. If not you can download a free trial version at http://www.winzip.com/index.htm . Should you have any difficulty, just send an email to me at contact@mach1guitar.com and I'll help you.

Q: What are the details of the money-back guarantee?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with the book within a period of 60 days, I will give you a 100% refund, no questions asked. But may I suggest that you contact me first as I can help you through your problems.
